Email > Install. Enter your mail domain. Postfix, Dovecot, and Roundcube are configured.

Add accounts from the portal. Set passwords, quotas, and aliases.

Email FAQ
Will my email land in spam?
If DNS records are configured correctly, your mail passes all major spam checks. Simplewala guides you through every record.
Can I host email for multiple domains?
Yes. Add additional domains from email settings. Each gets its own DKIM key.
Is webmail included?
Yes. Roundcube is installed as part of the email stack at no extra cost.
Can I use my own email client?
Yes. Configure any IMAP client with the settings shown in the portal. Mailboxes are IMAP — POP3 is not offered, so the same mail is on every device.
Does my server send the mail itself?
No, and that is deliberate. Your server receives directly and stores everything, but outbound is handed to an SMTP relay: servers share IP reputation, and one bad sender would get the address blocked for everyone on it. Use your own relay (SendGrid, Bird, Amazon SES, Mailgun, Postmark) and we charge nothing for sending, or use ours on a plan.
