How does billing work?
You pay for the servers and resources you provision, plus a small platform fee. No hidden costs, no per-seat charges. Cancel any time.
Are there fixed plans or tiers?
No. Choose any server size when you create a server. All platform features are included regardless of size. No feature gates or plan restrictions.
What happens if I cancel?
Your servers remain active until the end of the billing period. After that, servers are suspended and data is retained for 7 days before deletion.
Can I resize my server?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the portal at any time. Upgrades take effect after a brief reboot.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees, no contract minimums, no per-seat charges. You only pay for the resources you use.
Is bandwidth included?
Each server includes a generous bandwidth allowance (typically 1-6 TB/mo depending on size). Overages billed at standard rates.
