Terms of Service

By using Simplewala (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service to host legitimate applications, websites, and data. You may not:
- Use the Service for illegal activities or to host illegal content
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) from Simplewala servers
- Launch attacks against other systems or networks
- Resell access to the Service without written permission
- Mine cryptocurrency or run high-CPU tasks not related to your application
Billing and payment
- Services are billed monthly in advance.
- A 14-day free trial is available without a credit card. A payment method is required to continue after the trial.
- Refunds are available within 30 days of the first charge after your trial, on request.
- Failed payments result in account suspension after a 7-day grace period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time from the portal. Server termination issues a pro-rated credit for unused time (minus a 10% cancellation fee) to your wallet balance.
Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime for the portal and provisioned servers. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by cloud provider outages.
Data
You own your data. We will not access your server data except when required for support (with your permission) or when required by law. Terminated servers are deleted within 30 days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
