By using Simplewala you agree to these terms. Read them carefully.

The service

Simplewala provides cloud server provisioning, management, and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You may not use Simplewala to:

• Send unsolicited email (spam)
• Host malware, phishing pages, or illegal content
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Payment and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months except within the first 30 days.

Uptime and liability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for data loss, lost revenue, or indirect damages arising from service interruptions. Always maintain independent backups of critical data.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. On cancellation, your servers will be suspended at the end of the billing period and deleted after a 7-day grace period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Simplewala is incorporated.
