Simplewala ("we", "us", "our") operates the Simplewala cloud hosting platform. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, password hash.
• Billing data — payment method details (processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers).
• Server data — server names, configurations, and usage metrics needed to operate the service.
• Log data — IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, retained for up to 30 days.

How we use your data

• To provision and manage your cloud servers
• To send service-related emails (account, billing, security)
• To improve the platform

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (cloud infrastructure, payment processing) under strict data processing agreements.

Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. On account closure, data is deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
